1.Picture of Kaishan brand Tunnel Drill Jumbo KJ212 for Hard Rock drilling in Mining and Tunnelling

This series is applicable to drilling boreholes of 64-102mm, especially 76-89mm on rocks. It is widely used in the drilling of hydropower, railway, traffic, surface mine, quarry, national defense and construction projects. The jumbo is equipped with DZYG38B full-hydraulic rock drill and multi-directional positioning drill arm, allowing its drilling efficiency 1-1.5 times higher than that of pneumatic jumbos andits energy consumption 1/3-2/3 lower than that of pneumatic jumbos. It enjoys wide range of application, for it has an automatic anti-clamping unit, an all-weather operating room and a mechanical rod replacement unit, as well as many optional devices which can be combined freely according to different operations.

 2.Advantages:

KJ212-type full-hydraulic tunnel jumbo can be used for drilling vertical, inclined and horizontal blasthole, which is specially designed for low roadway. Through section of 2.5m*1.5m, it is applicable for tunnelling operation of roadway with section of 3.5m*1.8m-5m*4.8m.

Solid and reliable universal arm is equipped with the best section covering shape, and the propulsion beam can turn over by 360°and level off automatically, so as to be convenient for quickly achieving drilling and positioning.

Meanwhile, the big arm can be also used for laterally opening crossdrift and anchor-hold drilling operation.
